SO - It is very surreal I have to say to go through our wedding photos, because I actually have to pinch myself a little bit. It is a little crazy, because I have spent the last year and half at a computer - looking at thousands of wedding blogs and wedding websites to plan this event. Now it is done but I have these beautiful photos to show for it. Again - just very surreal when I think of the many hours I would take going through other wedding photos and thinking oooh, I would love this shot. StudioThisIs - AMAZING. They are just wonderful photographers! I know everyone says - that their special day was perfect. But I can honestly say ours was absofrigginlutely perfect. (sorry I had to throw in a SATC reference (the TBS edited version though)). So if you have not gone here first - please do, but I also posted some of my favorites from the day as well below. More than likely I will do a bunch of themed posts - details, getting ready, oh and peacocks (considering they upstaged me - they deserved their own post).

A-MAZ-ING; three words, that's how amazing it was! Flowers, maids dresses, YOUR dress, location - it was all so beautiful. I've got so much to learn!
Truly, just so beautiful! Congrats again. And I seriously love the peacocks
Wow- so beautiful! You look amazing and just so happy!
your flowers are beautiful! And that last shot really is stunning. congratulations!
OMG! I have so many things to say! 1) Your dress is gorgeous! And you made me feel good about my dress selection b/c it's similar to yours and we have a similar build. (grrrlll...especially upstairs, okay?)
2) Those peacocks are the best!
3) The peonies are gorgeous.
4) What are those gold balls on the dance floor? I want some! I want to hear more, please!
5) You have an incredible smile!
6) When I watched that Chicago bloggers video that's online, I thought that you were Darci!
Many, many congratulations, virtual friend!
Thank you so much for all your sweet words! I am so happy you love the photos!
TINA - Ok...if you heard that loud thump...that was me falling off my chair laughing.
Yes...damn the peacocks and damn the girls. (surprisingly - there are even more photos where the girls are out in full force...it is almost comical!)
I will get you the contact information for the gold balls. This was actually Meyer's Castle that added the gold balls. At first I was hesitant until I saw them...then the photos totally confirmed that they were the right choice.
And do you know how excited I am for Chicago blogger happy hour! I want it like...today!! Can't wait!
yay SO pretty! come to the paper source thing, river north, if you aren't slammed with work, it would be so fun!
love your pictures and love your flowers...your day came together beautifully!!
